Located close to the station, we had a separate annexe at the back of the property. Shown to our room by our host, the room was spacious, he had provided some extra heating while waiting for the radiators in room to be serviced. Tea & coffee provided. Room also had a fridge, microwave, cooking rings, plates, cutlery etc if you wanted to bring any food back to prepare. We used the local wetherspoons on the main road doing breakfast's from 8.00am. Other locations are available.

Sunny is an excellent host! He even gave us his personal number and was reachable for any concerns we had. The hotel is at a perfect location, 5min walk to Ilford station. The hotel is basic, however it had everything one needs and was worth the price. Sunny was also kind enough to store our luggages for a few hours after we checked out, which was very convenient for us since we had an evening flight. Highly recommended!

It was a very spacious room with a comfortable bed, all the facilities we needed. Also the shower + cleaning facilities were up to standard. Overall we were very impressed. 2 min walk from the town + 5 min walk from station. Great location. Have to add our Host was very friendly + helpful!

Very friendly staff, upgraded me to a bigger room as a quiet evening for them which was nice. Fridge and Microwave in family room, v helpful when on business for a few days as could just buy dinner and take it back. It's got a bedsit vibe about the place
