The accommodation was clean and had everything we had wanted. Microwave, hot plate, fridge electric kettle, coffee machine etc... Enjoyed my shower. The best among all of the places I have stayed in London. Sunny met us on arrival and he was easily contactable with any queries we had. There was cleaning services every alternate day and towels changed each time. The parking space was an added bonus and proximity to Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) which was a 5 minute walk is convenient for getting into Central London n Heathrow Airport. This will be our preferred hotel in the future if we travel into London again. Highly recommended.

Located close to the station, we had a separate annexe at the back of the property. Shown to our room by our host, the room was spacious, he had provided some extra heating while waiting for the radiators in room to be serviced. Tea & coffee provided. Room also had a fridge, microwave, cooking rings, plates, cutlery etc if you wanted to bring any food back to prepare. We used the local wetherspoons on the main road doing breakfast's from 8.00am. Other locations are available.

Sunny is an excellent host! He even gave us his personal number and was reachable for any concerns we had. The hotel is at a perfect location, 5min walk to Ilford station. The hotel is basic, however it had everything one needs and was worth the price. Sunny was also kind enough to store our luggages for a few hours after we checked out, which was very convenient for us since we had an evening flight. Highly recommended!

The hotel was perfectly located for our night out in Ilford. The staff were friendly and supportive. The room was a good size, on the ground floor as we had requested, and right next to the outdoor smoking area which made my husband happy! The bed was very soft, but comfortable and the bathroom was well decorated and smart.
